We built the OSX35 on the foundation of the classic, standard-setting OSX, creating a version with a 35mm stem clamp diameter. It retains our benchmark 8° backsweep / 5° upsweep geometry, a full 800mm width (trimmable), and comes in 25mm and 35mm rise options.
The OSX35 strikes a balance between flex and control, giving riders a responsive feel while maintaining impressive durability—both in long-term fatigue resistance and impact performance. Years of refinement and iterative improvement have led to a significantly increased fatigue life, surpassing ISO industry standards many times over. In fact, our fatigue test results have exceeded 1 million cycles.
By refining the shape and utilizing variable butting, high-grade alloys, and advanced heat treatment techniques, we’ve created a bar that’s not only strong and reliable but also delivers a smooth, controlled ride—perfectly tuned for aggressive riding.
