Less hand fatigue. Less less arm pump: The special ergonomic shape of the GDH Team was developed in collaboration with the world’s fastest gravity athletes – like multiple World Champion Vali Höll. The unique design minimizes fatigue and increases control in extreme conditions. Arm pump, pain or even loss of strength in the hands and forearms due to punishing terrain is reduced and the hands are comfortably cushioned.
Multi-directional cushioning: On the top surface of the grip, multi-level, multi-directional texture blocks deliver optimum cushioning and control. The interlocking structure prevents the rubber from collapsing under pressure – providing progressive cushioning that’s soft yet doesn’t compress or bottom out under heavier impacts. The asymmetrical design puts more absorbing rubber on top of the grip where you need it most.
Separate finger zones for control and grip: The precisely defined finger zones on the underside of the grip maximize control in the most intense race situations. The four individual finger zones are angled to match the hand and arm angles of the rider ensuring a tenacious grip every situation – just like Vali Höll.
Inner and outer stops – lock in to win!: The integrated ergonomic outer stop of the GDH Team Vali Höll Edition delivers a locked-in hand feel and positions the outer zones of the hand perfectly in rapidly changing extreme gravity use. The inner stop is an intuitive reference for the thumb side of the hand and is designed to allow precise shifting and braking. You’ll always grasp the bars correctly, even if you need to quickly readjust your hands.
More contact and grip with an extra-soft rubber compound: The GravityControl rubber compound in the GDH Team Vali Höll Edition grip is our softest rubber compound yet – delivering excellent vibration damping, better contact and more cushioning.

For this special Vali Höll Edition grip, she was given the green light to show of her flashier side. The personal pictograms on the clamp and one on an end plugs echo the same playful spirit found on her special edition DH saddle. According to Vali, the symbols have no deep mystical meaning, rather, they stand for her happiness in nature, cycling, speed or her home country of Austria. The large smiley on the end plug represents the relaxed and cheerful attitude of this World Champion.
