The Deore FC-M6100 crank has been completely redesigned by Shimano. However, the Deore crank also uses the tried-and-tested Hollowtech-2 technology with a 24-millimeter crankshaft. Just like the XT and XTR top cranks, the Deore crank is also equipped with direct-mount chainrings. The special DCE+ tooth profiles of the chainrings ensure that the chain runs better and holds better. In combination with the Hyperglide+ chain, an extremely efficient and low-vibration drive is achieved. The crank is available with 30 or 32 teeth.
