WEAR SET 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle cartridge Full Pin XG-1275 10-50 teeth black + Sram X01 Eagle Chain 12 Speed PC 1290 126 Links Sliver
With the GX Eagle, SRAM offers a 1x12 group with a wide gear ratio at a low price. Whether it's pedal-heavy descents or the steepest ramps, the XG-1275 cassette provides you with the right gears in every terrain with 10-50 teeth. The stamped steel pinion and a 50 tooth aluminum pinion ensure a high durability of the cassette. The pinions are not connected by a spider, but are riveted with stainless steel pins. This not only makes the fullpin cassette lighter than conventional cassettes, the open design also offers excellent self-cleaning in muddy conditions. The teeth, which have been optimized with SRAM's X-Glide 2 technology, guarantee optimum shifting performance when shifting up and down.

Hot tips: To help your new cassette last longer make sure to change out your chain to a new one when it reaches .75 wear on yours or our chain checker. We have well priced Cleanskin chain checkers avaliable to purchase.
Keep your drivetrain clean with either a dedicated bicycle drivetrain degreaser like Krush or Muc Off, a generic degreaser will do the job too just make sure to keep it away from your brakes!!
Before you rinse or get any water on the bike do your drivetrain degreasing first. Cover any braking surfaces with a clean rag then proceed to apply degreaser on all the chain, cassette and chainring just apply on the contact areas avoiding the bottom bracket as best you can.
Next step grab your brush, I personally use an old tooth brush dedicated to drivetrain cleaning which i apply degreaser to and start by cleaning the jockey wheels then scrubbing down all the cassette surface, chain and where the teeth contact the chain on the chainring. Rinse immediatly if it's a hot day and bam you should have a clean drivetrain, you can rinse down the rest of your bike and clean your pride and joy!!
Once the drivetrain is dry apply chain lube, I personally find 2 or 3 full rotations through from the quick link gives everything a good coating of lube, let it sit overnight or for a few hours (must do for wax based lubes) before your next ride to allow lube to get into all the chain pins properly. Wipe your chain off before your ride and now you're doing the best thing to prevent excess drivetrain wear.
