The PC 1290 Eagle 12-speed chain plays a large part in the smoothness and quiet running of the XX1 Eagle 12-speed group. This is achieved through particularly strongly rounded outer flaps and the consistent avoidance of sharp edges. HollowPin construction allows for smooth, precise shifting and weight savings without compromising strength. The pins are reinforced with a chrome coating. A titanium nitride coating offers high corrosion protection and reduces chain friction. The revised PowerLock chain lock has a longer service life and is even easier to use.
