A significant improvement over version 2.0 is the increased footprint of 140mm compared to the previous 70mm. This expansion eliminates any protruding edges that could catch on shoes. In addition, the soft air bubbles effectively dampen the noise of the chain rattling against the frame on rough terrain and provide optimum protection. UV-resistant and flexible, this tape adapts seamlessly to all frame designs, supported by a user-friendly adhesive and kiss-cut application process that ensures effortless installation. Developing the perfect slapper tape is a challenge, but VHS has done an excellent job.
